摘要
上皮间质变(EMT)是肿瘤进展中的一个重要过程,以上皮细胞极性丧失并获得间质细胞表型和运动能力为特征,对肿瘤的侵袭和转移有重要作用。最新研究表明,经过EMT转变的癌细胞能够获得干细胞特性,而miRNA可调控EMT参与肿瘤的侵袭和转移,为研究肿瘤的侵袭和转移机制提供了新的思路。
Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), during which epithelial ceils could acquair a mesenchymal phnotype and motibility, is a key process in the progress of tumor. Rescent, some studies demonstrated that EMT could generate cells with property of cancer stem cell. Moreover, many studies have found that miRNA could regulate the tumor invasion and metastasis by targeted EMT. This provides us a new insight into the molecular mechanism underlying the tumor invasion-metastasis cascade.
