摘要
结合太钢5号高炉6年多的生产实践,认为炉内压量关系,煤气流以及下料的稳定性,渣铁热量和成分的稳定性,铁口工作状态,炉芯温度和炉缸侧壁温度等能较好地反映出炉缸工作状态的活跃性。
Based on over 6 year operation experiences in No. 5 blast furnace of TISCO, the author points out that the activity of furnace hearth can be found out clearly from following factors : relationship of furnace inner pressure, stability of gas flow and burden descending, stability of slag and iron heat, working status of tapping, furnace central temperature and hearth wall temperature.
