摘要
企业在高等工程人才培养过程中发挥着重要作用。企业全过程参与人才培养是校企合作的创新和发展趋势。本文阐述了企业参与工程师培养的重要意义,分析了国内外的现状,并重点以法国体系为对象研究了企业对法国工程师培养的作用,论述了企业和高校在人才培养方面的共同目标和双赢局面,提出了企业全过程参与工程师培养以及围绕企业的正反馈闭环系统的理念,并以北航中法工程师学院的具体实践情况为案例对该理念进行详细阐释。
Enterprises play an important role in training talents of higher engineering. Enterprises＇ full participation is an innovation and a growing trend in the cooperation between universities and enterprises. This paper elaborates the significance of enterprisesr participation in engineers training and analyzes the status at home and abroad. It takes the French system as the research object and discusses the common goal and the win-win situation of the talents training between enterprises and universities. It proposes the concept of enterprises＇ full participation and of the positive feedback closed-loop system focusing on the enterprises. And it also gives a detailed elaboration on this concept based on the case study of Beihang Sino-French Engineer School.
