摘要 以某选煤厂的浮选机为研究对象,对浮选机液位进行PID控制。提出了基于STEP7和PLCSIM的液位控制及仿真方案,在STEP7中编写被控对象功能模块,使用参数整定工具对PID进行参数整定,通过设置参数并查看仿真效果使其参数达到最优。使用组态王作为上位机监视系统。现场实践表明,此仿真方案对现场调试、安装浮选机有一定的帮助作用。 The liquid level of the flotator in a coal washery was controlled by PID control method, and the liquid level control and simulation scheme was proposed based on STEP7 and PLCSIM. The functional modules of the controlled objective were programmed in STEP7. In addition, parameter setting tool was applied to set PID parameters, and optimum parameters was obtained by setting parameters and checking simulation results. KingView was used as the monitor system of the master computer. The field application showed that the simulation method was helpful for the field test run and installation of the flotator.
