摘要
当今市场中温度控制成型的产品均以单片机为控制器,为了较理想地解决对被加热物件温度的测量与控制问题,采用ATMEL公司生产的单片机设计了一种温度控制系统,AT90S8535是一种性能优良且很有发展潜力的单片机.并且利用人工智能算法与PID自适应算法的有机结合,使系统控制过程达到最优,提高了系统的精度.介绍了温度控制系统的组成和工作原理,并给出了系统的硬件电路设计和软件设计以及改进的PID自适应算法.
The single chip computer is applied to products which can control temperature as main control unit in market.In order to solve the problems in measuring and controlling the heated elements quite well,the temperature control system is designed by using AT90S8535 single chip produced by ATMEL company.The chip s performance is fine and it has potential.The combination of artificial intelligence algorithm with PID adaptive algorithm optimizes and improves the accuracy of the system.The basic component parts and principle are introduced, and the design of hardware circuit, software and PID adaptive algorithm are also presented.
