摘要
采用活性染料对樟子松单板进行染色,选取染料质量浓度、染色时间、染色温度、氯化钠质量浓度、浴比、碳酸钠质量浓度、固色时间7个因素进行正交试验,通过紫外光分光光度计和自动分光光度计测定并计算不同因素水平下单板的上染率、色差和染料染着量。通过相关分析和回归分析,探讨上染率、色差和染料染着量之间的相关性。结果表明:在水平α=0.01下,上染率和色差之间线性相关性显著,染料染着量和色差之间线性相关性显著,且前者优于后者;在水平α=0.10下,染料染着量和上染率之间线性相关不显著;可以分别得出染料染着量与色差、上染率与色差的一元线性回归方程。
The veneer of Pinus sylvest var. mongolica was dyed by reactive dye. Seven factors of orthogonal experiment were the contents of dye, NaCI and Na2CO3 , dyeing time, dyeing temperatur, liquor ratio and fixing time. The dye uptake was measured by UV spectrophotometer, the color difference was measured by automatic spectrophotometer and the dye adsorption was calculated. There is significant linear relation between dye uptake and color difference under α = 0. 01. There is significant linear relation between dye adsorption and color difference under α = 0.01. The former is better than the later. There is not significant linear relation between dye adsorption and dye uptake under α= 0.10. The simple linear regression equations can be obtained between dye adsorotion and color difference as well as between dye uptake and color difference,respectively.
