摘要
介绍了基于ＣＣＤ的高分辨Ｘ射线探测器的结构和ＣＣＤ阵列的性能，比较了常用闪烁体的性能，设计了数据采集电路，将此探测器用于微焦点Ｘ－ＣＴ系统，结果表明系统具有很好的空间分辨率。
A kind of high resolution X-ray detectors based on CCD array is reported. Thecharacteristics of CCD array are briefly introduced and the normally usedscintillation materials compared. Its data acquisition circuits are designed. A verygood spatial resolution was found when this kind of detectors was used in amicrofocal X-my computerized tomographic system.
