摘要
通过回归分析法、投入产出法、常规分析法分析和论证了山西省基础设施的地位和作用 ,旨在为政府部门制定计划和科学决策提供依据。
In this article the author by using the input-output method、routine analysing method and so on approaches,analyses and proves the position and functions of the fundamental installations of Shanxi province,so as to provide grounds for the government departments to make plans and scientific decisions.
