摘要
自开展临床医学专业学位研究生培养工作以来，一直存在着两种错误的培养方式，把专业学位研究生当做科学学位研究生进行培养，或把专业学位研究生当做住院医师进行规范化培训。在此，以肿瘤学专业学位研究生培养为例，提出相应建议：在加强临床技能培训的同时，要加强肿瘤学专业学位研究生的循证医学思维培养，强化其临床试验技能和统计学知识的培训。
Two kinds of incorrect cultivation modes were existed since the launch of cultivation for professional degree postgraduate of clinical medicine： taking professional degree postgraduates as scientific degree postgraduates to cultivate or taking scientific degree postgraduates as professional de- gree postgraduates to cultivate. In this paper, taking the cultivation of oncologic professional degree postgraduates as example, we put forward some suggestions： strengthening clinical skill training, pro- moting thinking mode of evidence-based medicine and enhancing clinical trial and statistical training.
