摘要
多学科工作团队(Multidisciplinary team,MDT)模式,是两个以上相关学科的专家组成固定工作组,针对某种疾病进行定期的临床讨论会。肿瘤学是一门综合性极强的学科,目前的临床肿瘤学研究生培养方向较为单一,不利于学生临床思维能力的训练和肿瘤综合治疗理念的培养。MDT为肿瘤学研究生提供了一个多学科学术交流、资源共享的平台,有助于学生开拓视野,提高临床思维能力,值得推广应用。
MDT mode is a fixed work group composed of experts of two or more disciplines, carrying out regular clinical seminars for a particu-lar disease. Oncology is a highly comprehensive discipline. Currently, culture direction of clinical oncology of graduate education is single rel-atively, which is not conducive to the training of clinical thinking and cultivation of comprehensive cancer treatment concept. MDT provides a multi-disciplinary academic exchanges and resource sharing platform for oncology graduates, which contribute to students broadening their hori-zons and improving their chnical thinking. It should be widely applied.
