摘要
目的分析临床治疗过程中对于精神分裂症患者进行苯海索联用抗精神病药物的情况,以提高临床用药方法的合理化效果。方法对我院精神分裂症患者住院期间的医嘱用药情况进行全面性分析回顾,本次试验研究中涉及的药物依次为氯氮平、舒必利以及奥氮平,统计分析这三类药与苯海索联用的情况。结果氯氮平、舒必利、奥氮平这三种药物联用苯海索的原因为避免不良反应预防用药,如控制流涎情况、减少锥体外系反应。结论精神分裂症患者在进行治疗的过程中大多无需进行苯海索预防应用,如果需要联合应用治疗的患者也要合理控制其剂量以及使用时间。
Objective Analyze the effect of treating schizophrenosis with antipsychotics combined trihexyphenidyl to improve rational drug use.Methods Retrospectly analyzed the medications of in-hospital patients to statistics clozapine,sulpiride and olanzapine combined trihexyphenidyl.Results The reason of these three medicines combined trihexyphenidyl was to avoid adverse effects,such as controlling salivating,decreasing effects of extrapyramidal system.Conclusion Most of patients could not be treated with trihexyphenidyl,if necessary,we should controll the dose and treating time.
