摘要
在常温静水条件下,用硫酸铜+硫酸亚铁合剂(5∶2)、硫酸铜对青田田鱼进行急性毒性试验.实验分别设置5个浓度梯度:硫酸铜+硫酸亚铁合剂(2.70,3.47,4.47,5.75,7.50mg/L);硫酸铜(1.50,2.09,2.88,3.98,5.50mg/L).实验结果表明:青田田鱼对硫酸铜+硫酸亚铁合剂(5∶2)的24,48,96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为6.58,4.73,3.97mg/L;对硫酸铜的24,48,96h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为4.97,3.42,2.46mg/L;安全浓度(SC)分别为0.40,0.25mg/L.
At room temperature under hydrostatic conditions, copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture (5:2),copper sulfate on the acute toxicity of Qingtian Tian Yu. The experimental set up 5 concentration gradient:2.7, 3.47,4.47,5.75,7.5 mg/L;1. 5, 2.09,2.88,3.98,5.5 mg/ L. The experimental results showed that: Qingtian Tian Yu to copper sulfate and ferrous sul- fate,copper sulfate,24,48,96 h half Lethal concentration (LC50) were.6.58,4.73, 3.97 mg/ L; 4.97,3.42,2.46 mg/L;safe concentration (SC) were 0.40 mg/L,0.25 mg/L.
