摘要
目的比较小切口白内障囊外摘除术和白内障超声乳化术的临床疗效。方法选取2008年2月～2009年8月来我院就诊的白内障患者160例作为研究对象,根据患者病情身体状况采用相应的治疗方法。随机将其分为A、B两组各80例。A组使用白内障小切口囊外摘除术治疗;B组采用超声乳化术治疗。记录患者的术后视力情况和并发症人数。综合以上情况总结比较白内障小切口囊外摘除术和白内障超声乳化术治疗白内障的临床效果。结果治疗后,A、B两组患者术后视力恢复情况和并发症人数无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论小切口白内障囊外摘除术和白内障超声乳化术临床疗效差异不大(P>0.05)。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of small-incision extracapsnlar cataract extraction and pha- coemulsification. Methods A total of 160 patients with cataract from February 2008 to August 2009 in our hospital were chosen. Different treatments were made according to patients＇ health conditions. 160 patients were divided into two groups： A group and B group, and there were 80 patients in each group. A group were treated with small-incision extracapsnlar cataract extraction and B group were treated with phacoemulsification. The vision improvement and num- ber of complications after treatment were recorded for comparing the clinical effect of small-incision extracapsnlar cataract extraction and phacoemulsification. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups on the vision improvement and number of complications after treatment （P 〉 0.05）.
