预装式非球面人工晶状体的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察和评估白内障超声乳化预装式非球面人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法:对90例(120眼)老年性白内障患者行超声乳化手术,植入预置式非球面人工晶状体,术后定期随访远视力、角膜曲率等指标,同时对生存质量进行评估。结果:术后1d及1wk患者远视力≥0.5者96眼(80%);≥1.0者60眼(50%)。术后角膜散光情况与术前比较无明显变化。人工晶状体无1例破损,无眩光、光晕以及视物模糊感。结论:预装式非球面人工晶状体植入术手术切口小、愈合快,手术引起角膜散光小,患者远视力理想,无眩光、光晕等不适。是一种较理想的人工晶状体。 AIM: To observe and evaluate the clinical effects of preloaded aspheric IOL system during phacoemulsification and aspiration. METHODS: Ninety senile cataract patients (120 eyes) received phacoemusification and preloaded aspheric IOL system implantation. Post-operative distance visual acuity, corneal curvature, and survival quality were evaluated. RESULTS: One day and one week postoperatively, 96 eyes (80%) distance visual acuity was ≥0.5, 60 eyes (50%) ≥1. 0. There was no difference in corneal astigmatism pre-operatively and post-operatively. No preloaded IOL was broken during operation, and no glare, halo and blurring. CONCLUSION: Characterized by small incision size, quick recovery, little post-operative astigmatism, good distance visual acuity, and no glare or halo, preloaded aspheric IOL is a perfect implantation for cataract patients.
