摘要
目的调查急诊护士的生活方式、工作压力、生活质量的相关性。方法选择我市5家医院急诊科的护理人员为调查对象,收集调查对象的一般资料,调查急诊护士的生活方式、工作压力、生活质量情况。分析急诊护士的生活方式与其工作压力、生活质量的相关性。结果护理工作及专业、工作量、人际关系、压力总分与生活方式呈负相关(P<0.05)。生活方式总分及各维度与生活质量总分及各维度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。生活质量与工作压力呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论急诊护士生活方式、工作压力、生活质量之间相互影响。
Objective To survey relationship of life-style, work stress and quality of life of emergency nurses. Methods Selected emergency nurses of 5 hospitals, collected common data. Life-style, work stress and quality of life of emer- gency nurses were surveyed. Results Nursing and professional, workload, interpersonal relationship, total pressure were negative correlated with life-style （P 〈 0.05）. Life-style and all dimensions were positive correlated with quality of life and all dimensions （P 〈 0.05）. Quality of life was positive correlated with work stress （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Life-style, work stress and quality of life of emergency nurses influence each other.
