摘要
艺术院校大学生在求职就业方面表现出综合素质不高、求职技能生疏、心理抗挫能力不强等特点,艺术院校就业指导服务过程中应坚持全面引导、综合素质优先、共性指导和个性化辅导相结合、生涯设计和技能提升相结合的原则。有针对性地提高就业指导服务,需做到改良课程设置,增强艺术院校大学生的综合素质;改革教学模式,缩短艺术院校与用人单位之间的差距;建立实习基地,整合校友资源,拓宽就业渠道;建立就业指导长效机制,切实提升艺术院校就业服务质量。
While graduates of art colleges are generally found unsatisfactory overall abilities, inadequate job-hunting skills and poor resilience in hunting jobs, vocational counseling services of art colleges shall follow the principle of comprehensive guidance, take improvement of overall abilities as priority, combine general counseling with personal coaching, and combine career planning with skill development. In order to improve the employment guide service purposefully, art colleges need to optimize curriculum provision to enhance overall abilities of art graduates; reform approaches to instruction to fill the gap between art colleges and employers; develop internship programs to leverage alumni resources and increase job opportunities; and to establish sustainable schemes of vocational counseling, so as to truly improve the quality of employment guide service in art colleges.
