摘要
目的观察益气养血方对化疗后患者血小板计数(PLT)及其参数的影响。方法将66例化疗后血小板减少患者随机分为2组。治疗组33例于发现血小板减少当天开始给予益气养血方治疗,对照组33例仅行常规对症治疗。观察2组化疗第7、14 d PLT及其参数[血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、血小板平均体积(MPV)及大血小板比率(P-LCR)]的变化。结果 2组化疗后第7、14 d PLT、PDW、MPV及P-LCR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组高于对照组。结论益气养血方对化疗患者有升高PLT、PDW、MPV及P-LCR作用。
Objective To observe the effect about treating platelet decline after chemotherapy with Yiqiyan- gxue prescription. Methods 66 patients with platelet decline after chemotherapy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 33 in each group. 33 patients in the treatment group was treated by Yiqiyangxue prescription when platelet decline, the other group was treated by conventional therapy. Peripheral plate- let and parameter [ platelet （PLT）, platelet volume distribution width （PDW）, mean platelet volume （MPV） and platelet- large constrast ratio （P- LCR）] were observed on the seventh day and the 14th day after chemotherapy. Result There were significant differences between two groups on the levels of PLT, PDW, MPV and P - LCR on the seventh day and the 14th day after chemotherapy （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yiqiyangxue prescription can increase PLT, PDW, MVP and P - LCR on treating platelet decline after chemotherapy.
