摘要
Sinumerik 802D s1系统是目前广泛应用于模具数控加工领域的数控系统之一,本文以该系统为基础对手机模具型腔数控加工程序工艺编制、机床后处理文件编写和零件加工表面质量控制方面进行研究,可为同类型零件的数控加工提供参考。
Sinumerik 802D sl system is widely used in the field of CNC machining mold.This paper is base on the research of the system used in CNC machining process compile for mobile phone mold cavity, documents compiling of the post-processing for machine and quality control of the Machining parts surface, it can provide a reference for the same type of CNC machining parts.
