介绍了一款直板手机底壳的成型工艺与注射模结构设计要点,模具采用三板模结构,三点进浇,两面采用定模滑块成型倒扣,另外两面采用动模滑块成型倒扣,使用行程开关防止推杆与动模滑块干涉,实践证明模具结构合理,脱模顺利,塑件质量满足要求。
The forming process and key points in designing the structure of an injection mould for an open-faced cellphone were presented. The three-plate mould has three pin gates. The upended part at two sides was formed by slider in the fixed half and the one at the other two sides was formed in the moving half. Limit switch was applied to prevent the ejector rod and slider in the moving half from interference.
