摘要
随着网络化信息化的发展,高校图书馆的传统的服务模式已不能适应时代发展的需要。高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,作为教学和科研服务的学术性机构,图书馆的建设和发展要与高校的建设和发展水平相适应,这就要求高校图书馆员必须具备较高的专业素质,较强的工作能力以提升服务质量。
With the developing of networking and informatization,the conventional service mode of the university library can’ t adapt to the needs of the development of the times.University library is the center of the literature and information of the college and as the academic institution of teaching and research service,the construction and development of the library should fit the level of that in colleges,which requires the librarians have high professional qualities and strong working ability to advance the service quality.
