摘要
目的探讨如何加强口腔科器械的质量管理。方法将2010年1月—2011年6月我院口腔科诊疗器械1 458件,其中2010年1月—2010年6月共594件为对照组;2010年7月—2011年6月的器械864件为实验组,比较用PDCA循环法管理口腔诊疗器械前后的器械有效的验收率、器械丢失率、器械去向明确率。结果对照组器械有效的验收率59.90%,术后器械去向明确率85.90%,术后器械遗失率3.87%;试验组器械有效的验收率100%,术后器械去向明确率99.80%,术后器械遗失率0.21%。2组器械有效的验收率、术后器械去向明确率、术后器械遗失率差异均有统计学意义。结论运用PDCA循环进行口腔诊疗器械质量管理,能有效地降低院内感染的发生率,降低口腔科门诊医疗成本。
Objective The study aimed to improve quality control of dental instruments Methods Here were 1458 dental instruments in our department（From Jan.2010 to Jun.2011）.594 dental instruments were used from Jan 2010 to Jun 2010 and they were in the control group.Whereas the others used from Jul.2010 to Jun.2011 were served as study group.We compared the rates of the effective acceptance,the rates of instrument loss,and the rates of destination clearance of dental instruments after the administration of PDCA circulation.Results The effective acceptance rates were 59.9% and 100% in the control and study groups,destination clear rates 85.90% and 99.80%,and loss rates 3.87% and 0.21%,respectively.Statistically significant differences were observed between groups.Conclusions Using PDCA circulation to improve the quality control of dental instruments can effectively reduce the rate of hospital infection.Besides,it reduces the medical expenditure of oral departments.
