摘要
收集病理确诊舌鳞癌患者49例,用免疫组化法检测去整合素-金属蛋白酶15(adamalysin15,ADAM15)在原发灶组织中的表达,发现ADAM15蛋白在舌鳞癌伴有淋巴结转移组织中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组织(P<0.05),ADAM15蛋白表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P=0.018),与舌癌分化程度及临床分期无相关性。
The expression of ADAM15 in 49 patients with tongue squamous cell carcinomas（TSCC） was examined by immunohistochenfis- try method. Higher expression of ADAM15 was observed in TSCC with cervical lymph node metastasis than in that without metastasis（P 〈0. 05）. ADAM15 expression was positively related to lymph node metastasis（P =0.018）. However, no con＇elation was found between AD- AM expression and difl＇erentiation or clinical stage of TSCC.
