摘要
目的:探讨应用微创复位以及常规开放复位的方法对颧弓颧骨骨折病患进行治疗,研究微创治疗颧弓颧骨骨折治疗效果。方法:选取2007年01月～2011年12月到本院进行颧弓颧骨骨折治疗的80例病患为主要的研究对象,均为治疗组,采用回顾性分析方法,将同期80例应用传统治疗方法的患者分为对照组,在治疗组采取微创复位治疗方法对颧弓颧骨骨折病患进行治疗,在对照组采取常规开放复位的方法对颧弓颧骨骨折病患进行治疗,研究治疗前后张口受限情况、骨折对位情况、术后不良反应情况、骨折解剖位愈合情况、面部对称情况、治疗有效率、感觉神经恢复情况、病患满意度情况、治疗费用以及恢复时间等指标。结果:两组研究治疗前后张口受限情况、骨折对位情况以及治疗费用,无显著性差异;两组术后不良反应情况、骨折解剖位愈合情况、面部对称情况、治疗有效率、感觉神经恢复情况、病患满意度情况以及恢复时间等指标,存在显著性差异,有统计学意义。结论:应用微创治疗颧弓颧骨骨折与常规方法的比较,创伤更小,术后不易复发,恢复情况较好,总体效果更加显著,极具安全性,有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the method of minimally invasive reduction and conventional open reduction of fracture patient treatment of zygomatic arch zygomatic, therapeutic effects of minimally invasive treatment of zygomatic arch zygomatic fracture. Methods From 2007 December to 2011 01 months to the hospital for treatment of 80 cases of patients as the main research object of zygomatic fracture, were as treatment group, using the retrospective analysis method, the patients were applied in 80 cases of the traditional methods of treatment were divided into control group, take the micro wound reduction and treatment method of the bone fracture patient treatment of zygomatic arch zy- gomatic bone in the treatment group, the control group adopted conventional open reduction method of zygomatic arch zygomatic fracture patients were treated before and after the treatment,research limitation of mouth opening, fracture, postoperative fracture adverse reactions,anatomic healing,facial symmetry,the treatment efficiency,sensory nerve recovery,patient satisfaction, cost of treatment and recovery time index. Results The two groups before and after treatment of limitation of mouth open- ing, fracture and the cost of treatment P value is greater than O.05,there is no statistical significant dif- ference;two groups of postoperative fracture adverse reactions,anatomic healing, facial symmetry,the treatment efficiency,sensory nerve recovery, patient satisfaction and recovery time.Index P value of less than O.05,there was significant difference,there is statistical significance. Conclusion Application of minimally invasive treatment of zygomatic fracture with the conventional method of less trauma, less recurrence, to restore the situation better, the overall effect is more obvious, very safe, and has high popularization value.
