摘要
目的 :对多元醇及多元缩合醇的定量分析。方法 :四种多元醇及多元缩合醇的双三甲基硅烷三氟乙酰胺衍生物气相色谱分析 ,优选硅烷化试剂及衍生反应条件 ,建立GC分离方法并采用外标法对各组分进行定量分析。结论 :此法具有便捷、准确、出峰清晰、易分离。
Objective:Quantitative analysis of four polybasic alcohols and condensation alcohols.Method:An analysis method of GC of the Bis(trimethylsilyl)-trifluoroacetamide derivatives of four polybasic alcohols and condensation alcohols has been reported.The derivatization condition has been optimized.Good separation of GC is built,by using a packed column coated with SE-30,each group has been analyzed quantitatively.Conculsion:This method has the advantages-promptness、convenience、accuracy、clear peak and ease separation.By this method,cost of sampleos is less and the solutions isn't interrupted.
