摘要
对抗菌沸石进行超细化粉碎和表面改性处理,制备了PET纤维抗菌母粒。采用13X沸石,通过气 流粉碎与砂磨或与重力沉降相组合的工艺制得平均粒径约1 μm的沸石,再通过液相离子交换法制备复合 金属离子抗菌沸石,其相对抑菌强度(D值)优于日本AGZ-330抗菌剂;采用硅烷偶联剂及分散剂对沸石进 行了表面改性和包覆处理,通过扫描电镜照片分析,评价了超细沸石颗粒在PET基体中的分散性,其母粒的 DF测试值为0.187 MPa·cm2/g。PET纤维中添加5%的抗菌母粒,纺丝正常。
Antibacterial zeolite was subjected to ultrafine grinding and surface modification to produce antibacterial masterbatch for PET fiber. The zeolite particles with average size 1 μm can be produced from 13X zeolite by the technology of combining jet mill and sand mill or gravitational sedimentation. The antibacterial zeolite with compound metallic ion superior to AGZ-330 made in Japan in bacteriostasis ( D value) can be obtained by ion exchange process in liquid phase . The surface modification and covering treatment were conducted for zeolite by using silane coupler and dispersing agent. The dispersion of zeolite ultrafine particles in PET matrix was evaluated by SEM. The DF value of antibacterial masterbatch was 0. 187 MPa · cm2/g. PET fiber added with 5% antibacterial masterbatch yielded smooth spinning process.
