摘要
目的研究厄贝沙坦对格列齐特血浆蛋白结合率的影响。方法采用平衡透析法并结合HPLC法,测定未加和加入厄贝沙坦后格列齐特的人血浆蛋白结合率。结果在格列齐特质量浓度为2.0、4.0、6.0 mg·L^(-1)时,未加厄贝沙坦时格列齐特的血浆蛋白结合率分别为(96.1±0.2)%、(97.2±0.08)%、(96.8±0.33)%;与厄贝沙坦合用后,格列齐特的血浆蛋白结合率依次为(94.7±0.34)%、(95.8±0.59)%、(95.1±0.21)%。结论在临床应用格列齐特时,应注意药物合用对其血浆蛋白结合率的影响。
AIM To study the effect of irbesartan on the plasma protein binding rate of gliclazide. METHODS The equilibrium dialysis combinded with HPLC were employed to determine the concentration of gliclazide. The plasma protein binding rate of gliclazide alone or together with irbesartan was carried out. RESULTS Under the concentrations of 2.0,4.0 and 6.0 mg＂ L- 1, the protein binding rate of gliclazide alone was （96.1 ± 0.2） %, （97.2 ± 0.08） % and （96.8 ± 0.33） % ; when together with irbesartan, the protein binding rate of gliclazide was （94.7 ± 0.34） %, （95.8 ± 0.59） %, （95.1 ± 0.21） %, respectively. CONCLUSION In the clinical application of gliclazide, it should be noted that the effect of drugs combination on its plasma protein binding rate.
