摘要
目的 探讨经巩膜睫状体光凝治疗外伤性青光眼的临床价值。方法 应用接触式二极管激光对 2 3例 2 3眼眼压为 2 5 .81— 81.6 5 m m Hg的外伤青光眼患者行睫状体光凝术。结果 随访 3个月眼压控制良好。结论 二极管激光经巩膜睫状体光凝是治疗外伤性、难治性青光眼的有效、安全的方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of transscleral cyclophotocoagulation for traumatic glaucoma.Methods 23 eyes of 23 cases with traumatic glaucoma whose intraocular pressure was 25.81～81.65mmHg were treated with cyclophotoagulation by contact semiconductor diode laser.Results The intraocular pressure was controlled well during 3 followed-up months.Conclusions The semiconductor diode laser transscleral cyclophotocoagulation is an effective and safe therapy for traumatic glaucoma.
