摘要
目的 探讨双环扎手术在有过手术史的复发性视网膜脱离的临床效果。方法 回顾分析自 1996年 1月至 1999年 3月进行双环扎手术或双环扎结合玻璃体手术的 10 4例 10 4眼。其中 6 8眼有一次环扎手术史 ,16眼有一次环扎 +玻璃体切除手术史 ,2 0眼有两次以上包括环扎的视网膜脱离手术史。结果 随访 6至 18个月 ,手术成功率 91.35 % ;其中前部玻璃体视网膜病变的 11眼中 9眼视网膜复位 ,成功率为 81.82 % ;视网膜嵌顿和固定皱襞的 16眼中 13眼视网膜复位 ,成功率 81.2 5 % ;视网膜新裂孔的 77眼中 73眼视网膜复位 ,成功率 94.81%。结论 对于部分有过手术史的复发性视网膜脱离 ,双环扎手术是一种简便有效的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of double encircling in the treatment of recurrent retinal detachment failure to single encircling procedure Method We studied retrospectively 104 cases undergone double encircling or double encircling combined with vitrectomy from 1996 1 to 1999 3 Results The retinal reattachment,visual acuity and complication following surgery were assessed after mean follow-up of 6-18 months The success rate for the surgery was 91 35%.9 of 11 cases with anterior proliferative vitreoretinopathy were reattached for the retina(success rate 81 82%) Moreover, 13 out of 16 cases with retinal impaction and fixed fold showed retinal reattachment(success rate 81 25%) Besides,retinal reattachment occurred in 73 of 77 cases with new retinal tears (success rate 94 81%) Conclusions The double encircling is a simple and efficient method to treat recurrent retinal detachment failure to single encircling procedure.
