摘要
目的探讨巩膜环扎术治疗硅油填充眼的复发性视网膜脱离的临床疗效,分析硅油填充眼复发性视网膜脱离的特点。方法对玻璃体切割术后硅油填充眼复发性视网膜脱离后行巩膜环扎治疗的26例(26只眼)进行回顾性分析。结果23只眼为下方视网膜脱离;早期复发者2只眼,中期8只眼,晚期16只眼;其中2只眼为原裂孔未封闭,24只眼为出现新的裂孔。其中14只眼出现视网膜前增殖。行巩膜环扎术后24只眼视网膜复位。视力提高者13只眼,不变者11只眼,下降者2只眼。结论硅油填充眼的复发性视网膜脱离多发生于下方,巩膜环扎术对有明确周边裂孔,且增生不明显的硅油填充眼的复发性视网膜脱离有良好的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinic curative effect of scleral buckling for recurrent retinal detachment in silicone oil-tamponaded eyes , and to analyze the feature of these eyes. Methods To review the records of 26 silicone oil- tampunnaded eyes with recurrent retinal detachment which were treated by scleral buckling. Results 23 cases showed recurrent inferior retinal detachment; in 2 eyes the recurrent retinal detachement occurred in the early period ,8 eyes in the mid-period and 16 eyes in the late ; old retinal tears were not blocked in 2 eyes and new holes were found in 24 eyes ; the reformation of proliferation was found in 14 eyes;the retina had been reattached after seleral buckling in 24 eyes. 13 eyes＇ vision had risen, 11 at the same level and 2 fallen down. Conclusion Recurrent retinal detachment in silicone oil-tamponaded often occurred in the inferior,scleral buckling is an effective treatment for recurrent retinal detachment in some silicone oil-tampunaded eyes which have clear peripheral retinal tears and unobvious proliferatiun.
