Krüppel样因子4基因表达调控的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 Krtippel样因子(KLFs)家族属于真核生物中含锌指结构转录因子家族。该家族成员在多种细胞系中均有表达,主要参与细胞生长、增殖、分化及凋亡等多个生命活动的调控。Krtippel样因子4(KLF4)是KLF家族中研究较多的成员之一。随着对KLF4研究的不断深入,该蛋白的生物学功能以及与肿瘤、心血管疾病等老年人常患疾病的关系已经逐渐明确。由于KLF4蛋白在众多疾病中均有重要作用,本文对KLF4基因表达调控的研究进展进行综述。
