摘要
目的 :探讨包皮带蒂皮瓣在修复小儿尿道下裂中应用价值及注意事项。 方法 :对我院近十年来首次应用包皮带蒂皮瓣修复之 31例阴茎型尿道下裂进行回顾性分析。 结果 :4例因术后感染而失败 ,其余均获成功 ,外形满意 ,治愈率 87 1%。 结论 :修复阴茎型尿道下裂应优先考虑充分应用包皮带蒂皮瓣 ,术后常规行膀胱造瘘 。
Objectives:To evaluate the clinical application of urethroplasty using pedicle flap of prepuce and its points for attention. Methods: Retrospectively 31 cases of hypospadia of peny type have been first renovated using pedicle flap of prepuce in recent 10 years. Results: 27 cases have satisfactory effect as 4 cases suffered from infection.The curtive ratio was 87.1%. Conclusions:It is suggested that urethroplasty with pedicle flap of prepuce should be the first choice in hypospadia of peny type.After operation it should be taken routine cystostomy and laid supporting pipe in urethra.
