摘要
以棉花新陆早12号为试验材料,探讨了2甲4氯钠AS不同使用浓度对棉苗生理生化特性的影响。测定了2甲4氯钠AS质量浓度8.125、16.25、32.5、65、130 g/L(大田推荐使用剂量)5个处理下棉苗叶片中叶绿素、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、CAT、POD、SOD活性的变化。喷药后第5天,随着处理浓度的增加,棉苗叶片叶绿素含量下降,与对照差异显著;而丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量和保护酶(POD、CAT、SOD)的活性升高。
Effect of MPCA sodium AS treatment with different concentrations on physiological and biochemical characteristics of cotton was studied.The content of chlorophyll,MDA,soluble protein,POD,CAT,SOD in the leaves of cotton seedlings were measured at concentration of MPCA sodium AS of 8.125、16.25、32.5、65、130 g/L respectively.The results indicated that after 5 days the content of chlorophyll,MDA,soluble protein,POD,CAT and SOD had changed,content of chlorophyll decreased significantly along with the concentration increased,but the contents of MDA,soluble protein and activity of POD,CAT,SOD were getting higher.
