摘要
通过人工接虫的方法分析了种子中硫代葡萄糖苷含量不同的12个油菜品种与小菜蛾产卵量及幼虫量的关系。试验结果表明,油菜种子中的硫代葡萄糖苷含量与小菜蛾产卵量、幼虫量具有相关性,且不同品种间差异达极显著水平。认为根据种子中硫代葡萄糖苷的含量来选择合适的油菜种植品种可达到预防小菜蛾为害的目的。
Relationship between twelve different glucosinolates content of rape seeds and ha rmness and oviposition preference of the diamondback moth（DBM）,Plutella xylostella L.was analyzed in this paper.The results showed that glucosinolates content of seeds had correlation with amount of DBM spawning and larvae.In addition,different varieties were significantly different.Damages caused by DBM could be controlled well by selecting suitable rape seeds.
