摘要
我国《食品安全法》实施以来,进一步改善面粉厂的安全卫生状况,为消费者及食品工业提供安全卫生优质的面粉产品,是我国面粉工业产业升级的核心内容。从预防与治理相结合,防止理化及微生物污染和加强制度建设,严格执行HACCP规程两方面,加强及改善面粉厂的安全卫生管理水平。
Since the publication and enforcement of China’s"Food Safety Law",it has been the important obligation for Chinese flour-mills for the further improvement of their safe and sanitary condition,and ensuring prod ucts security to supply qualitative flour to the consumers and food industry.It also is the core of up-grading of Chinese flour milling industry.From combining prevention with treatment,protection from physical and chemical and microbial pollution and strengthening the system construction,strictly implement HACCP regulations from two aspects,to strengthen and improve the safety and sanitary management level in Chinese flour-mills.
