固体饮料生产质量管理技术要点探讨

摘要 随着我国固体饮料的快速发展,质量控制的重要性显得越发突出。本文从固体饮料生产全过程角度出发,结合我国食品安全法律法规、固体饮料相关标准、生产许可审查细则、饮料生产卫生规范、食品洁净厂房要求等监管政策的要求,对固体饮料配方设计的合规性、原辅料质量控制、生产工艺流程的设计、生产设备设施要求、生产卫生及食品安全制度要求、成品检验控制、成品标签合规性等质量管理技术要点进行了探讨,旨在为安全生产、质量管理、食品安全提供技术参考。 With the rapid development of my country’s solid beverage industry in China,quality problems are becoming increasingly prominent.From the perspective of the entire process of solid beverage production,this paper considered regulatory policies such as food safety laws and regulations,solid beverage related standards,production license review rules,beverage production sanitary norms,and food cleaning plant requirements.It discussed the compliance of solid beverage formula design,quality control of raw materials,design of production process process,production equipment and facilities,production health and food safety system requirements,finished product inspection control,finished label compliance and other quality management techniques.This paper to provide technical guidance for safety production,quality management,and food safety.
