摘要
胃舒胶囊根据单兆伟教授多年运用益气活血法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变的临床经验制成,具有健脾益气、活血消痞之功,临床疗效确切,对实验性大鼠 CAG 癌前病变也有较好的防治作用.为进一步探讨其疗效机制,我们观察了胃舒胶囊对实验大鼠 CAG 癌前病变血液 TXB_2,6-keto-PGF_(1α)及其比值的影响.
