摘要
目的 探讨前列素E1在幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)阳性十二指肠溃疡(DU)中促进粘膜愈合的疗效和药理学基础。方法 100例十二指肠溃疡患者(HP阳性)随机分为两组(n=50),PGE组在传统的三联疗法的基础上,联用前列腺素E1(100ug ivdrip qd),对照组仅以三联方案治疗,两组疗程共4周。观察治疗后各组的疗效、消化内镜(溃疡愈合)、HP转阴率。结果 PGE组的疗效和溃疡愈合明显好于对照组(P<0.05),但HP转阴率无统计学意义。结论 前列腺素E1能促进十二指肠溃疡的愈合,可能与表皮生长因子等因素有关。
Objective To explore the effects of Prostaglandin E1 improving the healing of duodenalulcer(DU) associated with Helicobacter Pylori(PH), and discuss its pharmacological mechanism. Methods One hundred patients with DU associated PH were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=50). PGE group wassubjected to triple-therapy and PGE1(100ug ivdrip qd), Control group was treated with traditional triple-therapy, both groups were in therapy of 4 weeks. The effeciacy, endoscopy(the healing of DU), and thenegative rates of HP were analyzed after therapy. Results The rate of effeciacy and healing of DU inPGE group were higher than those of Congtol group(P<0.05), but the negative rates of HP was no signficantdifference. Conclusions PGE1 could improve the healing of DU, maybe correlated with EGF, and so on.
