摘要 自1989年 Morin 首次在人的癌细胞中发现端粒酶以来,肿瘤细胞永生化的'端粒-端粒酶'假说已为越来越多的研究结果所证实.同时,在研究过程中,人们发现大肠癌的发生发展、诊断和治疗等各环节都与端粒酶有关.1 端粒/端粒酶假说端粒(telomere)是真核细胞线性染色体末端的一种特殊结构,由端粒 DNA 和端粒蛋白质构成,端粒 DNA 由富含 G
