摘要 幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori,Hp）感染与消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎、胃癌、胃 MALT 淋巴瘤等有关,尿素酶依赖的检测方法是 Hp 重要的诊断手段之一,其中尿素呼气试验（ureabreath test,UBT）为真正的非侵入性检测、简单方便,敏感性和特异性高,重复性好,易被医患所接受.13C-尿素呼气试验(13C-UBT)是1987年建立的,1996年获美国 FDA 批准。
