One of the hottest research is the application of natriuretic peptides in right dysfunction,and pulmonary arterial hyperptension,it offers a noninvasive test that can be used to diagnostic and guide therapy in patients with it. We summary the general physiologic and potential therapeutic role of natriuretic peptides in respiratory disease,right ventricular dysfunction,and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
