探讨现阶段病案复印工作的难点问题和解决方法,在遵循《医疗机构病历管理规定》及《侵权责任法》的前提下,应用六西格玛管理理论,简化资格审查的手续,优化流程,增加设备的技术含量,更便捷和高效的开展病历复印工作,实现管理水平和服务质量的提升。
To Discuss the difficult problems and solutions of present medical record copy work. We Simplify the procedures of qualification, optimize process, increase the technical content of equipments by Six Sigma management theory on condition of medical institutions medical record management regulations and tort liability law in order to improve management level and service quality.
