摘要
目的了解分析医院复印病案现状,提供人性化服务,加强宣传力度,提高病案工作人员各方面素质,为医院长远发展做好窗口工作。方法运用Excel对复印中存在的问题进行分析。结果复印数量三年增加3857人次,但存在着复印内容错误、复印内容不全及复印者手续不全的问题。结论要做好人性化服务,加强病案管理人员各方面素质,运用沟通技巧,减少医患纠纷,发挥窗口作用。
Objectives This paper aims at analyzing the current situation of medical records duplication,providing humanity service,strengthening propaganda and improving quality of medical records staffs in order to provide better window service in view of long-term development of hospital.Methods Using Excel system,it analyzes existing problems in duplicate situation.Results The result shows that the duplication number increases 3857 person-time in three years.While it exists problems such as wrong duplicate content,incomplete content and incomplete process.Conclusions We need to provide better humanity service,quality of medical records staffs strengthening,communication technique learning,medical tangle reduction and development of window role.
