摘要
目的了解山西省各医院开展病历复印邮寄情况。方法设计复印病案邮寄调查表,并向山西省境内150家医院发放调查表,进行复印病案邮寄服务的情况调查。结果本次调查共发放调查表150份,收回137份,有效调查表为121份。开展病案邮寄服务的医院共有13所,占所调查医院的10.74%。按医院等级划分,三级医院12所,占34.29%,二级医院1所,占1.25%;按地域划分,太原市11所,占40.74%,各地市2所;按开展年限划分,开展4年的医院1所,开展3年以上的医院4所,开展2年以上的医院9所。结论山西省开展病案邮寄服务三级医院居多,但分布不均衡、起步较晚,各医院应积极开展,以改善医患关系,促进医院可持续发展。
Objective To understand conduct situation of medical record copy mail service in Shanxi province. Methods Designing medical record copy mailed questionnaires and distributing the questionnaires to 150 hospital. Results 150 questionnaires were handed out, and 137 of them were taken back. 121 of them are valid. A total of 13 hospitals have medical record mail service, accounting for 10.74%. 12 of them are level 3 hospital which accounted for 34.29%. One of them is second-class hospital which accounted for 1.25%. According to the regional, 11 of them in Taiyuan city, accounting for 40.74%, 2 of them in prefecture-level city; According to the term, one of them has 4 years, four of them For more than 3 years, nine of them for more than 2 years. Conclusion Medical record mail service in tertiary hospital is the majority in Shanxi. It is unbalanced distribution and late start. Hospitals should actively carried out it to improve the doctor-patient relationship, and promote the sustainable development of hospital.
