摘要
使用邮寄复印病历叫号系统和邮寄申请系统,优化服务流程,实施外地患者复印病历邮寄,拓展服务,有效缓解病历复印的窗口压力,减少外地患者长途奔波和差旅费用的开销,使复印病历患者的投诉率下降3.69%,患者的满意度上升10.77%。病案邮寄服务是一项创新,我们应在服务中不断探索,提升复印病历邮寄率和患者满意率。
To optimize service progress, extend the service, effectively relieve medical records copy window pressure and reduce other places pa- tients long distance on the run and travel expenses by mail copy medical station system and mail application system. The complaint rate is decreased by 3.69%, and the degree of satisfaction is increased by 10.77%. Medical record mail service is an innovation. We should continuously explore in ser- vice, improve medical record copy mail rate and patients satisfaction.
