摘要
目的 提高对甲状腺微小癌的认识和治疗水平。方法 回顾性总结 1974～ 1997年间收治的 48例甲状腺微小癌临床经验。结果 全部手术治疗 ,乳头状腺癌 33例 ,滤泡性腺癌 14例 ,滤泡乳头状混合癌 1例 ,颈部淋巴结转移率 41.7% ,5年生存率 10 0 % ,10年生存率 92 .4%。结论 掌握甲状腺微小癌的特点 ,仔细检查 ,早期诊断和手术 ,预后良好。
Objective To improve the understanding of thyroid microcarcinoma for correct diagnosis and treatment.Methods Clinical experience was summarized on 48 cases of thyroid microcarcinoma hospitalized at our hospital during recent 24 years.Results All of 48 cases have been operated.The rate of neck lymphonodus metastasis was 41.7%.Thirty three cases were papillary carcinoma,14 cases were follicular carcinoma,one case was a mixed type of papillaory and follicular carcinoma.All cases were followed up for 2 to 20 years,five year survival rate is 100% and ten year survival rate is 92.4%.Conclusions Understanding of the clinical features of throid microcarcinoma,careful inspection and early diagnosis and operation,contribute to the better prognosis in patients with throid microcarcinoma.
