摘要
甲状腺肿瘤的临床诊治涉及到外科、核医学科、病理科、影像(B超、放射)、放疗等多个学科。相关的诊治指南亦是"百家争鸣"无法统一。浙江省肿瘤医院是国内最早成立的肿瘤专科医院之一。本院多学科协作下的甲状腺癌综合诊治经过多年的发展业已走向成熟,并向其他头颈部肿瘤推广。2010年浙江省癌症中心头颈肿瘤序列治疗研究中心的成立,不仅为甲状腺肿瘤的多学科协作治疗,也为甲状腺等肿瘤的基础研究提供了良好的平台。全文旨在回顾、总结我院数十年来多学科协作下甲状腺肿瘤诊治模式的尝试和探索。
Clinical diagnosis and treatment of thyroid neoplasms involves department of surgery, nuclear medicine, pathology,imaging （B ultrasonography,radiology）, radiotherapy and other disciplines. And the guidelines of diagnosis and treatment are still not unified. Zhejiang cancer hospital is one of the earlist cancer hospitals. After years of development, multi-discipline approach in diagnosis and treatment of thyroid neoplasms has matured to form a fixed pattern and to promote to the other head ＆ neck neoplasms. The research center of sequential therapy for head ＆ neck established in 2010 provides a good platform not only for the multi-discipline approach in diagnosis and treatment of thyroid neoplasms but also for the basic research of thyroid neoplasms. This article aims to review,summarize our decades of exploration of muhidisciplinary collaboration on the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid neoplasms.
