摘要
目的 :制订乳康片中柴胡、王不留行、白芍、香附的薄层鉴别方法。方法 :用薄层色谱法 ,经溶剂提取制备样品 ,分别以正丁醇 -醋酸乙酯 -水 (4∶ 1∶ 5 )、氯仿 -醋酸乙酯 -甲醇 -甲酸 (16∶ 2∶ 4∶ 0 .0 8)、乙醇 -氯仿 -苯 (35∶ 6∶ 6 )为展开剂。结果 :供试品色谱中 ,在与对照品色谱相应位置上 ,显相同颜色的斑点。结论 :斑点清晰、重现性好 。
Objective:To develop a method to identify Bupleurum chinense DC., Vaccaria pyramidata Medic., Paeonia lactiflora Pall. and Cyperus rotundus L. in RuKangPian. Method:Using TLC, the sample prepared by solution extract was developed with nbutanolethyl acetatewater(4∶1∶5) and trichioromethaneethyl acetatemethanolmetane acid(16∶2∶4∶0.08) and alcoholtrichloromethanebenzene(35∶6∶6). Results:A same color spots in the TLC graph of sample existed at the corresponding positions compared with the controls. Conclusion:the spots were clear with good reproducibility. It can be used as a method for quality control of the preparation.
