通过乙醚脱脂、氧化铝柱层析和正丁醇萃取等分离手段 ,采用双波长薄层扫描法测定降糖宁颗粒中人参皂甙Rg1 含量 ,该法回收率为 97.47% ,RSD为 1.84%
The divided methods of Et 2O degrease, Al 2O 3 column chromatograph and nBuOH extract were applied, the dual wavelength TLCscanning was used to determine the content of ginsenoside Rg 1 in Jiangtangning granule. The average recovery rate is 97.4% and RSD is 1.84%.
