摘要
采用双波长薄层扫描法测定了复方制剂病窦康口服液中人参皂甙Ｒｇ１的含量，建立了乌头碱限量检查方法并对甘草、附子进行了薄层定性鉴别。
Dual wavelength TLC scanner was employed for determination of Ginsenoside Rg 1 in Bingdoukang oral liquid. Radix Aconite Praeparata and Radix Glycyrrhizae were qualitatively identified by TLC, also the limited doses of aconitine was determined.
