摘要
运用HACCP原理,通过对当前烟叶生产过程的危害因素分析,确定了烟叶生产的主要危险源和各关键控制点,并提出了相应的解决措施。为保障烟叶产品质量安全,实现烟叶生产过程危害的有效控制,提供理论参考。
The HACCP（Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point）principle was used to analysis hazards in tobacco leaf production. The major hazard sources and critical control points were preliminary determined by means of hazards analysis ,and corresponding measures were put forward to provide the theoretical references for the tobacco leaf quality safety and effective control of hazard in tobacco leaf production.
